Data protection
GlobalAccess processes your data in strict compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Contact form: the only data collected is what you voluntarily enter in our form (name, organisation, email, phone, message). It lands directly in a product team member's inbox.
- Changelog access: when you request access, we receive your work e-mail, name, facility, role and location by e-mail; no database stores them. If access is granted, a personal, time-limited key containing no personal data is saved in your browser.
- Changelog subscription: if you tick the box and access is granted, your e-mail address, name and language are entrusted to our e-mail delivery provider (Resend) to send you our updates every two weeks. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link; you can also write to contact@globalaccess.ch.
- Purpose: the data you send us is used only to answer your request, for the business relationship and support.
- Confidentiality: no data is sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
- Your rights: access, rectification, deletion and objection — write to contact@globalaccess.ch.
