Exam orders — the report indication fills itself automatically

The scanned exam order is read by the AI: clinical question, context and anatomical region are extracted and suggested in the report's Indication section, about twenty seconds after the document is attached. The radiologist reviews, adjusts, validates.

  • Zero re-typing — attaching the document to the file is enough, no extra step
  • Suggestion, not decision — the proposed text stays a suggestion until the radiologist validates it

Per-center data isolation — enforced at the database layer

Full hardening campaign: isolation between imaging centers is now enforced directly by the database, on top of application-level checks. An in-depth security audit covered the entire platform; all critical and high findings are fixed.

  • Defense in depth — the isolation rule holds even if an application layer is bypassed
  • Audit — multi-pass security review across all services, critical and high findings closed

Copilot — an AI assistant built into the RIS

Rolling out progressively. One shortcut (Ctrl/⌘K) opens the assistant next to the file: summarize a report, find an exam, navigate the RIS in natural language. Requests are anonymized before processing — no identifying patient data leaves the platform.

  • In context — the assistant knows the open exam and docks in a resizable side panel
  • Privacy — systematic anonymization before processing, nLPD-compliant

Dictation — nLPD-compliant audio retention and stronger traceability

Dictation recordings are automatically purged after the legal retention period, every request is tied to the practitioner's identity, and usage caps protect the service — without ever interrupting an ongoing dictation.

AI-augmented dictation — transcription and medical post-correction

Rolling out progressively. The radiologist dictates, the RIS transcribes then corrects before signature: radiology terminology, laterality, negations and measurements are checked. Data is anonymized before processing, in line with the Swiss nLPD. The physician validates the report — no re-typing.

  • Transcription — dictation is transcribed the moment recording ends, no keyboard entry
  • Post-correction — a language model fixes terminology, never flipping a side or dropping a negation

  • Sovereignty — your data stays under your jurisdiction
  • Security — HSTS + CSP, cookieless analytics
